Store Credit Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit under the following conditions:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Store credit will be issued after the item is returned and inspected
Store credit does not expire
Size Exchanges
We accept size exchanges under the following conditions:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Replacement sizes will not be shipped until the original item has been returned and checked into inventory
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
The item must be returned to our facility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
Worn, washed, or altered items
Limited-edition items
Clearance or final sale items
Shipping
Faithful Father is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
